Urgent Advice Needed

I have recently found out, through research on my own, that my mom's MBA and PhD were obtained from unaccredited and potentially unscrupulous universities. She obtained them about a decade ago, and I am convinced she was scammed.

I do not wish to confront my mom about this, as quite frankly, it is none of my business and I have too much respect for her.

However, I am in the midst of completing my CommonApp, and I need to fill in my mother's details.

Should I just put in the unaccredited universities, together with the degrees she obtained?

Or should I just put her education level as high school diploma? She does not have a Bachelor's.

I am worried that putting in the unaccredited universities might be harmful to my application. At the same time, I do not want to lie, especially since First-Generation College Students might have an advantage in terms of admission. The last thing I want is to be given an unfair advantage.

Please help me resolve this dilemma, as it is slowly eating away at me.

Thanks in advance.

P/S : I don't live in the US.

Since you are the applicant, the accreditation of her program will have no impact on you. Even though she may not technically have a Bachelor, she has higher academic credentials. I think it would be dishonest to state her highest level of education as high school.
List her highest education as PhD and the institution(s) that she attained it from. The colleges are focused on you, not your parents.

And you are just now filling out you CommonApp why?
