URGENT Denied to top choice, need to pick a new school for chemical engineering

Okay so I was just denied to my top choice, Lehigh and I now completely do not know what to do and I have to pick a school within the next couple weeks.

I was accepted to:
WPI
UMass Amherst
Northeastern (under the NU in Program I don't want to do, so I don't want to go there)
Drexel
Penn State
RIT
SUNY Stony Brook
Syracuse
(I haven't heard from SUNY Buffalo but I expect to get in there as well)

Waitlisted to:
RPI
Lafayette
(I don't know how willing I am to wait for these schools to respond and/or to switch to these if I were to get accepted later on).

I just really don't know what to do, I want to be a chemical engineer and I expected I'd get into Lehigh and now that I didn't I don't know where to go. I live in New York if you wondering about the state schools but MONEY IS NO OBJECT. I want to know where I should go in order to be successful (get a job, etc) and where I could go to be able to transfer to another school or stay there to get an advanced degree (Masters, PhD).

Thank you so much.

If money is no object, why did you take Northeastern out of consideration. Studying abroad with a small group seems like a wonderful option.

I can’t imagine a kid who would be happy at Penn State would be just as happy at RIT or WPI. These schools all have very different feels. As long as the school is ABET certified and you get involved in research and internships and do well in classes you should be able to get a job.

@mom24boys Well I don’t want to be out of the country for the first semester of freshmen year.
