<p>Hi guys, does anyone know during which hours the financial aid office is open? I recently received an email from them saying they did not receive my tax returns even though IDOC claimed they sent everything Mar 7. I'm afraid I won't receive my aid package in time. =/</p>
<p>So don’t worry … First I guess that you need to be accepted if you want to have your financial aid package haha 
(not an easy thing). If you were accepted in ED so call the financial aid office. They are oppened everyday 9 to 5 i would say. Just check their website. If you read their email they say that it could take more than 10 days if you sent your IDOC … so calm down everything is normal … Just call them and make sure BUT NO STRESS :)</p>

<p>My D got a similar email. I tried for 2 days to get through to the FA office with no luck. Finally I just fowarded the email they sent me with my message attached. I figured that their heading on the email would draw attention if they needed it. The automated response said they were busy and might not respond for a while. They havent. (responded that is)</p>
<p>^ Same thing happened to me. I just called in, and they said they did in fact receive my tax returns, even though it hasn’t been updated…
