<p>You should get your application "completed" by that date (and they consider it being postmarked by that date sufficient). A complete application consists of the on-line or paper application plus the sending of your transcript by your counselor (an additional form to be signed and sent by the counselor along with your transcript comes with the app). Your official test score from the College Board does not have to be sent by that date because UIUC will rely on any test scores provided on the transcript (high schools generally put them on your transcript) to make a decision which is then conditional on receipt of the official test score to verify that which was on your transcript.</p>

<p>You'll be fine as long as it's postmarked by th 15th. I handed my app. on the 8th and hopefully by now my counselor sent it in...she better or else...</p>
<p>I know for a fact that my May SAT scores won't be included on my transcript- in addition, I took the November SAT and I asked to have those scores sent to UIUC- But will do I know when those will be sent? Should I do rush reporting?</p>
