URGENT! Forgot to check off waiver on letters

When i sent the link of the letters of recommendation to my two teachers, I forgot the check off the mandatory box that says:
"MPORTANT PRIVACY NOTICE: Under the terms of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), after you matriculate you will have access to this form and all other recommendations and supporting documents submitted by you and on your behalf after matriculating, unless at least one of the following is true"

and

"I authorize all secondary schools I've attended to release all requested records and authorize review of my application for the admission process indicated on this form. If I am younger than 18, I have obtained the consent of my parent or legal guardian before checking this box."

Since they have filled out the letters already, I can no longer go back and check them. I did however, check them off appropriately for my guidance counsellor's recommendation.

Am I in trouble?

No, why would you be? It's not required.

BTW: For both me and my friend, we both checked those boxes and after the teacher submitted them they were miraculously unchecked, so I think this glitch might apply to you too?
