<p>Heck of a good question. I think to find out for sure you should call the College Board. Ask to talk to a supervisor, because the regular folks they have answering the phones usually don't know what they're talking about, especially about something so obscure.</p>
<p>Thanks fo the reply, I did make a phone call to the College Board...but while I was cooking and no one just answered the phone!....I just got my waiver this week, and to my surprise...I don't even have to pay the late registration fee....so....anyone will register next Octobor....far away...don't panic if u didn't get waivers before the regular deadline...</p>
