<p>For the letters of recommendation can my professor put them in an envelope with their signature on the seal? Can I place this in a larger manila folder along with my transcripts, and other stuff and send it out through the mailbox to the school???</p>

<p>Yes you can send it all in one large envelope. You will probably want to use express mail or registered mail service so that you can have signed evidence that everything has arrived safely.</p>
<p>I’m pretty sure transcripts need to be official, so they need to be sent out by your school. Letters of recommendation can be sent out either by yourself (as long as you dont open/read the recommendation) or by your professor.</p>
