URGENT:Is there the slightest possibility in hell?

<p>Ok, So my dream school is UNC Chapell Hill, and I ve been wanting to go there for the longest time. I have seen other threads and it has been discouraging. But i need a good amount of honest answers. </p>

<p>Current Junior
-out of state =((
GPA: 3.5
weighted- 3.9/4.0</p>

<p>SAT ( only took once) -
M 610 CR 580 w 480
ACT- planning on taking it</p>

<p>National Honor society, Math tech and science Academy, random clubs</p>

<p>I also am a varsity track runner for 4 years, and I plan on running in college. </p>

<p>If it helps I am African American and 1st generation. </p>

<p>I know that this isnt that competitive but I just need to hear 2nd opinoins here cuz im desperate!</p>

<p>idk how much a state school like UNC weighs minority/1st gen status. if they care like most colleges and you boost your SATs to 2100, i’d say you have a shot. at that point you’d be a contender for some even more prestigious colleges as well. gl!</p>
