Help!! Deadlines are approaching and I asked my school to send all my transcripts! But they told me they don't know how to make a transcript!! what do i do now..? Send my reports as they are? or make a transcript myself and stamp and sign from school?

Take all your grades since freshman year of high school and summarize them on a single sheet of paper. That's what a transcript is. Of course it has to be stamped and signed by the school.

If that's not an option, you could send copies of all report cards you have received, provided that those documents are in English.

Alright, this is what i did and it worked pretty well.

Make a word document with a 2 tables for each high school year. Put all the subjects you had taken in it with the number of hours of class room teaching per week for each subject. Next, print it on the official school letterhead. Certify it from your principal. A stamp is not necessary but it proves that it is genuine.

Hope this helps.

Can I use a transcript template that i found on google? Will they accept it? and what about the school profile? Alot of colleges want that! and + i don't now how to calculate my GPA, since my school counts in percentages. =/

A GPA is nothing but an average of your grades. If your grades are percentages, then your GPA will be a percentage as well. You can also consider weighing your grades. For example, if a class meets 4 times a week you could make that grade proportionally more important than the grade from a class that only met twice a week. (Explicitly, if you have a 95% average in a class that meets 4 hours and 87% in a class that meets 2 hours, your "GPA" could be (95+87)/2 = 91 or (495+287)/(2+4) = 92.3, depending on how you want to compute it.)

Feel free to use a template you found elsewhere, unless that template is copyrighted.

This site (end of the page) has sample school profiles. Perhaps you could get your school to prepare one.
