urgent overnight question

yea.. im flying out tomorrow to visit campus. What should i bring for the overnight? sleeping bag? thanks!! quick response please

Sleeping bag, clothes, pillow, toiletries, possibly a towel if you're going to have the "dorm experience" of shared showers.

Bring a gift for your host! lol...

If you like theater my S opens in "Shakespeare R&J" tomorrow night on campus in Purnell. Check it out.

Sleeping bag, change of clothes, notebook to pretend to take notes during the classes you'll attend on your second day...toothbrush and the like, towel is optional....and AcceptedAlready wasn't kidding that something like a batch of cookies will be GREATLY appreciated by your host. If they're an upperclassman, they might like you to order a pizza for dinner instead, but most hosts are freshmen on the mealplan, so that doesn't work as well.

where do they house us for the nights dorms?

i also have a question. i'm flying from california and bringing a sleeping bag with me is really a great inconvenience because i'm gonna be going around michigan as well. is this a big problem? it's just one night, so i wouldn't mind sleeping on the floor.

Um... I guess its fine if u don't mind a pillow, a sheet, and the floor. Most hosts should have this (our room has a lot of clothes on the floor so it is already a "bed" for baggers).

Yeah, the sleeping bag is so you don't have to sleep directly on the floor. Note that some rooms do have hardwood floors, and the ones with carpet dont' have particularly comfortable carpet.
