k are wharton and cas completely different schools in terms of accepting/rejecting stduents or are they connected and pick only a certain number of students as one school.... i really need the answer to this question becuz if upenn accepts/rejects student as one university, idont want to apply to cas because a very strong competitor is applying to wharton.... u kno what im saying? SO GUYS, WHAT IS THE ANSWER TO THIS QUESTION .

thousands of strong candidates are aplying to CAS and thousands of strong candidates are applying to Wharton … you personal knowledge about a few of them doesn’t change this … and you can not contral anyone else’s application. I’d suggest focussing on what you can control and apply to the school at Penn in which you are most interested.

PS - to answer the question I believe the schools run separate admissions processes but I’m a nameless guy on the internet … a 5 minute call to Penn will answer this question accurately.

According to the presentation we saw you apply to a specific school and are accepted or rejected by that school. In other words, students applying to but the rejected by Wharton aren’t then shipped over to CAS for consideration. But as 3togo says, a quick call to Admissions will answer your questions officially.
