<p>It’s the same thing. When you will be filling out the Common App for Penn, you’ll be able to check off Wharton, Engineering, or Arts and Sciences</p>

<p>When applying to Upenn you select a specific college within the university. However, you CAN’T check off both “Wharton” and “CAS”, figuring you’ll be happy with CAS if you’re denied Wharton. </p>
<p>You can only select one of the colleges (and any specialty programs like Huntsman or ? too, which are specialty programs within the colleges). </p>
<p>You’ll have to take your shot if you want Wharton, as it has a much lower acceptance rate than CAS.</p>
