Urgent: Question on Letter of Recs

I am still deciding on my second teacher and was wondering if I got a rec from a teacher my sophomore year in my H World History class. I think he has more to talk about then any of my other jnr year teachers. Would this be okay. Kinda Urgent so really appreciate responses. Thank you

That would be fine.

If the teacher knows you well, then it's fine.

Does he remember you though? It's been 2 years and he doesnt have 100 anechdotes just about you anymore. Also, some colleges only want Junior and Senior year teachers. Double check to make sure your soph year teacher is OK for the colleges, and try to jog his memory about what you did. He may be a good teacher though, if he only teaches sophmores because you will be one of a few people he is writing recs for.

You may want to attach a sheet full of random stories about yourself that showcase certain aspects of your personality -- just so he thinks of you as a person, and not a chore. It should be the type of thing where you mention it and he's like "Oh, I remember that." And also attach any great essays you may have written for the class.
