URGENT QUESTiON !!!!!!

HI!

My counselor sends all the school forms by Mail.
I downloaded all the the forms and they are sat/act student report, counselor or teacher report, transcript request form and the financial form.

Are these the only forms that I need to send by mail along with my transcripts? They don't want rec letters or anything but just counselor/teacher report thing? And what is up with this SAT student report form? Do I really need to print my scores on collegeboard page along with my toefl score and just attach them on to that form?

Please help. This is too confusing for me and I am so frustrated because I actually spent a week only trying to figure out how the website works and now with all these weird forms, AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH what do they want?

So Please anyone tell me what I need to send them other than my online app, test scores and trancripts.

the recommendation letters should be attached to those forms. As to the self report, yes, I simply printed out my scores from the website then attached them to the forms.
If you are international, you need to submit Documentation of Financial Support as well.

USC requires at least one letter of recommendation. As Schokolate says, your recommender will fill out the form and attach the letter of recommendation to the form. To anticipate a future question from you, if you do not yet have your USC ID number, you may use your birthdate in the blank at top right for the USC ID#.

USC asks that you do this so they can evaluate your application even if all the official score reports have not yet been received or matched up:

This is a stressful time, but every year more than 35,000 students manage to submit applications to USC - I am sure you can, too. Good luck!

Thank you so much!!
