Hi guys! I have some urgent questions regarding the above two tests.

1) Are rulers allowed? (My Barrons book said that it wasn't allowed)
2) If I choose Biology M for example, can ecology-related/E qns still appear in the M section?
3) Can we decide whether we want to take E/M during the test or must we shade our choice before the test?
4) For Biology SAT, if we decide to do M, do we just leave the bubbles 61-80 blank on the OAS sheet and just shade from 81 onwards?
5) For Chemistry SAT, after finishing the Special Section (tt/ce), for the rest of the questions, do we just directly continue shading in the original box? (E.g. if the qns directly before TT/CE special section was qns 24 and the one qns directly after it is qns 25, do I not leave any gaps and just continue to shade in the 25th bubble for qns 25?)
6) Does Boreal forest refer to Taiga or Deciduous forest? My Barrons say it's deciduous forest but online says otherwise :/

Much thanks guys!

If Barrons says no rulers, no rulers. Never heard of anybody being allowed into a test room with anything besides the usual pencils/calculator/etc.

You decide to fill in the E/M bubble right before you start taking it, although if you wanted to erase your choice and shade the other one during the test and change your answers halfway through I don’t see anybody catching/stopping you.

Yes, the questions will continue in the numbering.

I know the Barron’s question you’re talking about. It tells you to find the diameter of a cell by using your page, right? That was a poor question, and I can assure you it won’t show up on the exam.

If you choose M, there may be one or two ecology questions at most in the M section. The common section has about an equal distribution of eco and mol, but the specialized sections are mostly, if not completely, specialized.

You must decide before, but you CAN change your mind during the test by erasing the bubble.

For M, you skip straight to question 81 after finishing 60.

Boreal forests are taigas.
