URGENT: Roommates help please?

Urgent: I got a triple room with two roommates. Is it a good idea to call my roommates before I meet them face-to-face on move-in day? How recommended is this? Also, both of them seem to come from the same county, and, looking up their phone numbers, from the same city, so I am not sure if these are pals moving in together who wanted a double but ended up with a triple (I wanted a double and ended up with a triple too). The thing, both of them might move out since, if they are friends, they will see me as an unwanted third, but I really love the room I got assigned to because it's one of the very few that has an ocean view and has an ideal position, and I don't want to give it up for any other room. Any suggestions?

And last (sorry), I got a decent mountain bike, instead of a cruiser, do you think it'll get stolen, or, since my room is close to the dorm entry, should I just keep the bike in my room?

txt them?

if u keep ur bike in ur room just ask the RA if that’s ok.

you should just call them and ask them how they feel about triples, it won’t be weird. when you have roommates you need to be honest and clear about everything, and starting now will help a lot!
