urgent: secondary school forms.

<p>I gave my bragsheet/rec request forms to my counselor earlier this month, and just last week she agreed to fill out the forms online. On Friday (the 31st), I double checked to make sure that she had everything she needed, and she said she would complete the forms either that night or the following Saturday (the deadline). </p>

<p>The forms are due at midnight tonight, and my common app profile indicates that she has neither started nor submitted the necessary forms. she could possibly start and upload them later tonight, but there's a fairly large chance that she will miss the deadline altogether.</p>

<p>i've heard that it's not uncommon for counselors/teachers to miss the due date. is that true? should i be concerned? i'll be sure to talk to her on monday if she doesn't file by today or sunday.</p>

<p>Schools won't blame you if they are a couple of days late. I think counselors might even have more leniency because some have 100+ kids to keep track of. Most colleges take a few days to process mail, other paperwork, etc. so just have her send it in asap.</p>
