Ursinus Visit

My DS is considering visiting applying to Ursinus as a possible safety and possibly for merit aid. I looked for their Common Data Set bur couldn’t find one. My question is, will a visit impact the amount of merit aid and/or whether or not he is accepted? As much as I would like for him to be able to visit before he applies, I think we are both hitting the wall in terms of college visits. We went to New England last weekend and were stuck driving home in horrible winter weather.

I’m pretty sure their merit is guaranteed for specific stats. If you hit those, you’ll get it regardless of whether you visit or not. At least that’s the way that particular school was when my d was looking a few years ago.

Thank you! Do you know if students who don’t visit are still admitted? Is demonstrated interest, specifically visiting, not as important to Ursinus?

My son did not visit and we live like 30 minutes away. He was accepted with a high merit award.
