US Citizen living Abroad- Do I Apply To Brown As An International Student?

Hey guys, maybe I haven’t searched properly but I can’t find a solid answer to this on Brown’s website.
I’m a US citizen living in the UAE, I was born in the US, but I only lived there until first grade.
Does Brown consider me an International applicant or a US Applicant?

I do not hold a dual citizenship with any country.

All US colleges will consider you a U.S. applicant if you are a U.S. citizen.
