US History Subject Test - Best Prep Book?

I’m going to be taking the June 6th US History Subject SAT test. What prep book(s) would be the best? Barrons? Princeton Review? Thanks in advance(:

For future reference to other cc’ers, I used Larry Krieger’s “The Insider’s SAT II US History Exam: The Essential Content” and scored an 800. It is definitely my top reccommendation - has almost everything you need to know. I also own Barron’s, Princeton Review, etc. but The Insider book is the best!

I used Kaplan for USH SAT II and PR for APUSH and also scored 800

I read all the stuff on Sparknotes and took the APUSH class this year. I just took the test today and felt like I did great.

This @thesecretariat is BS. Ive seen him posting on other parts of this forum claiming that book is the best. I used it and it lacked so much info, thank god I bought Kaplan right after I realized it was missing so much. Don’t buy that book, it lacks so much info.
I also read on Amazon reviews that people were caught promoting that book on this website before. Its all a scheme!!

AMSCO’s study guide is fantastic. It corresponds with the APUSH textbook but only includes the important details. I used that in combination with the PR sat book and got a 790. It’s also curved a lot so it will be in your favor

I personally used the Kaplan SAT II prep and thought it was a nice read. Chapters are short and concise–perfect to use for cramming

Sparknotes + APUSH are great! I took it yesterday and I thought it went very well.
