good research. lol

Sorry, I don’t have a chance to read all the posts since I have work early tomorrow, but again, I do not have access to anything above 25 right now, and believe me, I want to know considering I go to school that (is now) above 25.

Regarding the alphabetical order/spelling, my dad wrote them down on a piece of paper without any endings, so I just added them and the order hastily.

Again, I don’t expect many of you to believe me, though I would like to see your reactions in the coming week ;)

^^–^^

CornellDude, I understand you did not read all the posts in this thread, but this one ought to refresh your memory:

The best jokes are always the shortest.

usnewsfan, get the next 25 ranks. make them up if you have to!!! it’s what the people want!!!

It’s what you want…

And here I thought that people who aren’t among the best just stopped caring.

top 40-50 is the best. you arrogant *****.

edit- that’s arrogant c*********.

3 syllables. starting with c. my original post wasn’t clear.

and that’s not just from me. that’s from everyone at UNC, UMich, Tufts, Brandeis, NYU, BC, William and Mary, Lehigh, and a whole bunch of other great schools you just insulted.

My implication was that undergraduates and alumni of fine institutions such as Michigan and UNC wouldn’t be scathed by publications that had ranked their school so low. Apparently, this isn’t the case.

Don’t have a hernia.

thenatural, did you happen to miss the fact that this poster is none other than the person who posted a similar fabricated list last year?

In case, it was not clear. Here it is …

THIS IS A HOAX.
2.THIS IS POSTED BY THE SAME CORNELL STUDENT WHO ADMITTED TO PLAY GAMES LAST YEAR

USNEWSFAN HAS MADE THAT LIST UP.

Read it aloud 3 times.

by OP’s admission, OP’s dad works at USNR. Therefor, OP’s college tuition is being underwritten indirectly by the number of eyeballs, clicks, and mag sales from this smarmy list.

My question is, with the 4-way tie for fourth, how could you arbitrarily choose Penn and Caltech to fall? >.<

I totally agree with the ranking…thanks man! they make sense to me.

^lol *sigh

Yes, obviously thenatural understands all of this and even is mocking the OP xiggi.

Everybody getting so worked up over a ranking…even if it is a hoax…good golly. Everyone needs to get a grip. College rankings matter not one twit to employers. Trust me.

THEY DONT MATTER. What matters is the content of your knowledge (quantity and quality) and the content of your character. PERIOD.

Wow…this must be the first thread on this forum where Duke isn’t the subject of discussion. I’m really happy.

Anyways, not sure if this is true, but Brown really got shafted here…So did UCLA by actually () being tied with its greatest rival.

Glad that xiggi already exposed the hoax. With the changes in methodology that Mr Morse has introduced for this year, (yield and high school counselors), plus the drop in admissions rate, I doubt that Brown would stay at the same spot as last year’s.

heres the real question: if this list is correct will the doubters admit that they were wrong?

Note: im neutral i dont care if this list is right or not just some of the comments are a little harsh IMO

^ The real list is out: the “leak” was false.

i know i just saw it. pretty big waste of time. for all the people who commented atleast

^And it would be a waste of time even if it was “real”. Given the extent that USNWR fabricates its data, this list could very well be more accurate than the official one.

Why do people still give a damn about college rankings?
