<p>Auburn’s OIRA does a report on the US News & World Report college rankings that looks at how AU did on each performance indicator and compares it to 23 other southern public flagship universities. Below is a link for the 2012 report.</p>
<p>From the National rankings, UA is with a group of schools ranked #75 who scored 53 points and AU is with the next group ranked #82 who scored 52 points.</p>
<p>Congratulations! My son is a freshman and getting a top the education and the time of his life. He is in the Honors College and even when he takes regular classes there are not more that 25 kids per class. Can’t say that for a lot of the higher ranked schools.</p>
<p>Auburn is doing an excellent job on not sacrificing the quality of it’s education for the sake of growing their student body. Buildings and faculty growth has to go hand by hand.</p>
