Can someone explain to me how the five 2s and five 1s question was six?

Because the 2s had to be together i thought it would be 2.

2222211111 and 1111122222 if it has to be a 10 digit number?

2222211111 and 1111122222 if it has to be a 10 digit number?

You could do:
1111122222
1111222221
1112222211
1122222111
1222221111
2222211111

The question never specified that the 1’s had to stay together, just the 2’s. I thought the same thing before thinking about the question a bit more.

oh right thank you, damn i think that’s the only one i got wrong

since you are looking at the order, its a permutation (or something like that, i forget the exact word since its been a while since i took precalc) but it was really simple if you use the nPr tool on your calculator

I thought the math section was fairly easy but i think it was a bit more advanced math than Ive seen in previous exams, I took the SAT in march and got a 770 with one wrong and ever since then have been taking practice tests but i think this had the most advanced math which was good for me since I didnt have to look to far back to remember the concepts.

Was the math grid in section with removing multiples of 3 and n from 100 is 63 an experimental section?

@ wowowow7
no it was not, i had exp writing and had it

Any consolidated answer keys yet?

For the question with the removing multiples of 3 and n from 100 could the answer have been 19?

^ yes 19 was one of many possible answers

Hey guys quick question. The question with the land lease, it was like the last problem in a section and the choices were like 10%, 20%, 30%, etc…well was that question experimental? was it part of the experimental section?

hey, can any1 explain to me the question with the triangle within a triangle and you had to find measure of angle x.
the outside triangle is a equilateral due to the information given (all three sides same length). I think I remember putting 30, I’m not sure.

Clueless, I’m fairly certain the answer to that one was 15, though I can’t quite remember the question

does anyone know if the land lease one was experimental?

sigh… i always miss 1 hard questions (this one is the 1-100 inclusive), and 1 random easy question =*(. I really dont know why i put 30… careless i guess.

it was 15 because the outside triangle is equilateral, and the inside triangle was a 45-45-90 right triangle, so the equation should have been 60-x=45 and thus x is 15

land lease was NOT experimental, and it was 10%

so what do you guys think -2 will be. both of them grid-ins.

clueless junior- probably a 760

What do you guys think missing three questions and omitting two questions would be? Do you think it could squeeze a 700? I think I may have 800’s in CR and W so I’m really hoping to squeeze a 2300.

By the way, what is the general consensus to how difficult each of these sections are compared to past SAT’s. Or just in general, difficult or easy?

For the three you missed, were they all MC or were any grid in? If MC, that’s -6, which is most likely 680/690
