It is due today according to that link... BUT i do remember reading somewhere, i think from last year's thread, that you can submit them after the deadline, but chances at a reward are less. kinda like its first come first served deal.. i think

most sophomore applicants (such as myself) get spring grade requests... so when i asked the admissions office about that, they told me that I should just send in the grades as soon as I get them (which is in mid-may = earlier than the June 1st notification date) and since my grades should turn out pretty good this semester, i would like to send them sooner or later so that it will boost my chances / they will get a good look at it. Also I'll have 37 units by the end of the year which means they won't look at my high school stuff (which is good)

I filled out and submitted FAFSA, but I have not done CSS yet. When I added USC to my CSS profile on college board it said University of Southern California (Priority deadline March 2, 2009). Do I have to finish the CSS by today or can I do it later?

And have all of you guys done the CSS already?

hey, im not sure if this is right but someone told me that the deadline for fafsa isn't FEB 2. it's actually march 2 or w/e is on the fafsa website. apparently, what they told me is that it doesn't matter what the school tells you the deadline is. what's important is the fafsa deadline. i think that makes sense. since the schools calculate arent the ones calculating your efc score. fafsa calculates it, right?

welll i hope that is correct because i dk how to fill out the fafsa app and i need to ask the counselors for help.

alsoooo what is the cal grant? or university grant? someone told me that if i fill out the fafsa, they will automatically consider me for the two?? i dont knowwwww

Haha nice zircushio. That means you are on the East Coast. I just finished my FAFSA by getting the information from my sister at home because she already filled out FAFSA (She is going to Columbia next year). But I am at school and I don't have some of the CSS info like dividend income and net income and stuff. All the old income tax forms I need for the CSS are at my house...Im gonna try and find a way to fill it out though. It's only 9:00 here in Southern Cali.

and apparently, usc does offer some scholarships to transfers students. Not really based on their GPAs but more so on their application as a whole. AHHHH too bad they told me this too late. CUHS I TOTALLY BS MY APP!! FML FML FML FML ok sorry for ranting. its jsut the process is a tad bit rigorous annnnnd i jsut want to get my acceptance(NO and NOT my rejection letters) NOW.

^ as was noted, there is still three hours left to submit your applications. Assuming the FinAid date is Feb 2nd, (USC transfer site is ftl) you all still have 3 more hours, good luck on getting it in!
