Usc 2010

How does the foreign language requirement work at usc? I know at UCLA (and other UC's) all you need is 2 years in high school of foreign language, but is it the same at usc?

also, how often do people try changing majors at usc once they are accepted? how hard is it to do this? I applied as a philosophy major but i wouuld like to be a communications major.

my gpa is 3.76 and im from CCC

anyone…?

Many majors require a third-semester foreign language course or equivalent. (The International Relations major requires the equivalent of a fourth semester.) Courses that fulfill the third- or fourth-level requirement if completed after graduating from high school are listed below.

Fulfill third-level requirement
FRENCH 3
GERMAN 3
JAPANESE 3
SPANISH 3

This was on my articulation agreement with my school. You basically need to be proficient in a “third level” of a foreign language.
