USC appeal letter

Hello! I got rejected from USC but I want to appeal. I read forums where many students’ appeal letters were a success. I was wondering if anyone could give me some tips? This is really important to me and I would appreciate the help so much!!!

There is a current thread on this topic, plus one from last year (class of 2023) too. Both may offer some insights for you. Good luck.

Appeal help needed. I have read both threads but still don’t have any clear picture on what works for an appeal. My daughter is looking to up from TTP to Fall or Spring admit. We think what has hurt her the most is her Biology- premed major. If anyone has any great suggestions, please forward.

Did you apply for fall 2020 and hear back?

I already sent my appeal. I would say to let her talk about where she thinks she went wrong in her application, and why they should still accept her

@franzgzlz24 yes I got rejected, but I appealed

Appeal has been submitted now I guess we just wait until May 8th. The hardest is accepting at another school that hasn’t pushed back their deadline.

@Valleyprincess I totally understand. What school are you accepting your spot at?

@Sydcolorful
We are OOS and she was offered the Trojan Transfer Plan to come in as a sophomore.
She likes SDSU. Probably will take that.
