The three forms that we are suppose to download and send, are they completely necessary?
Because the first is the SAT/ACT student report, but I sent mine through collegeboard, then for the teacher/counselor report, my counselor already faxed his and one of my other teachers recommendations, and also faxed my transcript so does he need to fill out the request for high school record form?
please help!

I am not sure I understand your question - are you asking about Form 7, Transcript Request Form? If so, the form itself is not required, just the transcript.

DO FAX your SAT/ACT scores even if you sent them by College Board. It speeds the process if they can review your application even if the official scores have not been matched up with it yet.

yeah, okay thanks.
Oh okay do I print out just what it says on collegboard and mail it then?

I sent the scores two months ago but applied just now. Would sending the form still make a difference? Isn’t the decision date months away either way?

lockn, your scores are probably there, but they ask you to send Form 5 and the unofficial scores even so (I have linked and quoted that info several times - not going to do it again!). The scholarship acceptances (Trustee and Presidential) are decided on very quickly - last year, the first scholarship acceptance was posted here on January 23rd. (Smaller scholarships will still be awarded to students admitted later.)
