<p>Part one is just to get you into the USC system. You can record your scores on part 2. You might have to pay extra to the college board to get the scores by phone sooner. You need to apply by Dec. 1 (or whatever the early deadline is) to be considered for merit scholarships.</p>
<p>Yes, it is okay to submit your part 1 without scores.</p>

<p>Either way is fine since USC will eventually see all your SAT scores anyway. (Collegeboard sends all of them). If you do include SATs on Part I, you can update your Oct SAT score on Part II, which is the part of the app that the admission committee looks at.</p>
