USC Class of 2022

@stargirl888 Which part of the bay area? Still waiting for mail …

I live in Atlanta, and I just got my package in the mail!!! Kinda sad its the spring admission, but Im so grateful!!!

in san francisco @PatiencePls

@novahhhh if you don’t mind, it’d be super helpful if you posted your stats! I’m hoping so badly to get spring admission

ugh the mailman also delivered the wrong mail

Im still waiting for mail from the East bay. my mail comes around 3 or 4 so I think ill wait till then.

Crazy as it is…3.8GPA, 26 ACT and only 2 AP’s. However, she was a very solid applicant as far as her EC’s, portfolio and essays were amazing. She obviously came through as being a very determined & dedicated film production candidate. Best of luck to you - it can be done without stellar stats!!!

@reservationsfor3 very similar to mine! thank you:)

I live on Long Island and my friend across town got his acceptance letter today in the mail, I didn’t receive anything. Does this mean anything?

@mom2bean Each School within USC has its own requirements and timetables for such. For example, switching majors within Dornsife is rather easy. But internally transferring into SCA, Annenberg, Marshall, etc. is more challenging… and you actually have to apply and be approved.

@stargirl888 San Francisco here - no letter or package today. Checking portal tonight!

Any three day zones receive anything? I live in Hawaii so not really expecting anything but it would be a nice surprise.

Haven’t received mail yet, from Bay Area. Usually comes around 3/4. Wish me luck!

@mom2bean Switching from Marshall to Dornsife is a breeze, not so much the other way around. I would suggest she take some core classes or even classes in the Dornsife major that first semester before she bails on Marshall. Once out of Marshall it is harder to get back in there. But moving around within Dornsife is no issue. I think my freshman has changed majors twice already (if not 3 times) as a freshman, once at or just before orientation. Even with it’s size, this is a personal college experience, things like that are not hard. They want you to get the degree you want, not spend 4 years stuck in one that you don’t really want.

But if she is 100% sure of the change, she can even let them know before orientation or even at orientation - it is that easy.

I have a 3.6 UW GPA but 1540 SATs and 8-9 APs, 4 recommendation letters, and amazing EC’s(the strongest point of my application lies within ECs) including international debate tournaments, Qualified for State Swimming, Orchestra Secretary and First Chair for Cello…etc. What are my chances? I live in Plano, Texas and nothing has arrived so far. D: I know my GPA is extremely low and it might be the issue if I don’t get in.

Has anyone in Washington got it yet? My mailman came but nothing from USC; does that mean I got rejected?

Anybody in Northwest IL get anything yet??

@reservationsfor3 - we are in Phoenix, too. What area are you in?

@WWWard ah. That’s what I thought I read previously. Thank you. The initial euphoria of the box has given way to a doubt about the major picked back in Nov. Will have to look at minors (I guess) and see if happiness can be restored.

@ChubbyPanda I’m in WA, we’re a 3 day zone! So tomorrow or Monday
