<p>I've found that students have been accepted to USC at about this time last year and the year before. However, I could only find one person who was accepted already this year. Should I still be checking my mailbox everyday?</p>

<p>Some people received acceptance letters on Saturday, but this was for those receiving a scholarship. I believe February continues the acceptances for those who will receive scholarships and March is for everyone else who got in but no scholarship. The first few weeks of April are rejection letters.</p>
<p>i got mine on the 23rd and im an Presidential Scholarship candidate. but i have no idea how i got called for an interview!</p>
<p>Hi. My brother received his acceptance letter today, so guess you should keep checking. Though he just told me it's because he applied during the scholarship deadline, so I guess he' received it cause he's considered as a schlarship candidate, not really sure on that.</p>

did anyone notice what their status on the usc undergrad admissions website said before they got accepted? i dont even know if it changes, but someone told me there are a few different statuses that can give you a hint as to if theyve even looked at your application yet or not</p>

<p>I've been accepted and I'm from Washington. I didn't see any particular notification about scholarships at all though.</p>
<p>Look through the links on the main page, there's a lot of good info (certain "cheats" that will give you a hint). I got my acceptance today (Massachusetts), but given the information I've gotten on the links, I won't be up for one of the big scholarships... oh well.</p>
<p>We live in Orange County. My D got her acceptance on the 23rd and a week later on the 30th she was notified that she's in consideration for a Trustee's scholarship.</p>
<p>So what are some of these "hints"/"cheats" ??</p>
<p>I received my application package this morning by DHL delivery :) Over the moon and Jupiter! Was admitted to Marshall for Business Administration!</p>
<p>I got my acceptance on the 28th, but I haven't received anything about a scholarship yet...are those sent like a week later or am I not being considered??</p>

<p>AH! I am so confused. Well, its pretty much the same question that everyone else is asking, but I just got my acceptence letter on thursday, and i applied with the scholarship deadline which was..december 1st i believe?! And i thought you weren't supposed to get acceptence letters until March??? Does this mean for sure i get a scholarship or am I just qualified to get one? or is it just some really confounded prank letter?! <--that would be mean. So confused....:P oh, and i'm from Los Angeles by the way. AND CONGRATS TO EVERYONE WHO GOT ACCEPTED!! :D</p>

And my friend got it at the same week that I did, but she's being considered for the Presidential (half) scholarship.
When I got the letter, it basically said that I'm a "finalist" for the scholarship, and I have to go to USC for an overnight stay at the end of February (sign up online) to have another interview.
Heheh I don't think it was a prank letter, especially if you got a certificate and a big official-looking folder like I did.</p>
<p>I was accepted several weeks ago, and I've just recieved notification about being considered for the Presidential Scholarship. But i'm pretty sure it's probably one of those things where most of the freshman class is "nominated" but really only 300 get chosen or whatever.... Anybody know anything about that yet?</p>
