<p>Is there a deadline to send in the card designating USC as the finalist's first choice? I didn't do it until April 3, and the National Merit Corp. didn't get it until a week later. Now I'm really scared that I'm not going to get the half tuition.
I checked my "awards" on the USC site, and it's not on there. Did I miss something? :(</p>

<p>It’s for every year, and it increases if the tuition goes up. And apparently they give an extra $1000 each year as well… :)</p>
