USC or UCSB CCS Physics

I’m quite certain that UCSB CCS is the better option strictly for physics, but I’m concerned that I might want to switch to math or economics and have a rough time doing that or getting as good of an education at UCSB. USC is about 20k cheaper per year. My main concern is regarding the quality of physics, math, and economics at USC; are they as good as at UCSB?
