USC SAT scores

So, one of the steps for the USC app states:
(2) send us a paper copy of your personal report using form 5. (referring to the SAT)

What does it mean a paper copy? I never got my SAT scores in the mail. I just checked online. Was I suppose to receive a paper copy in the mail? Or do they just mean that I should go online and then print out a copy of my SAT scores and send it to them?

This is exactly correct. Print out your score report - any page that shows your scores and your name - and FAX Form 5 and the printout to USC admissions by December 1st.
Form 5: http://www.usc.edu/admission/undergraduate/private/1011/Form5_2010.pdf</a>
Office of Admission Fax Number: (213) 821-0200

Also be sure to send your official scores through College Board as soon as possible. USC will use your unofficial scores in considering your application and verify with the official scores later.

Do you need to print out your score report?!
I thought you just put your scores in on the site and then sent out your official scores
