Are some USC applicants notified that they haven’t been accepted into USC at the end of March/beginning of April and then notified that they qualify for a scholarship? Because I’ve been looking at some twitter post where people say they weren’t accepted but got a scholarship, and they also have USC in their bio. I’m kind of confused on the process, were they just misled?
@USCdreamer21 USC gives guaranteed scholarships for National Merit Scholars (if admitted, that is), so it is possible that students qualified for the NMF scholarships, but were not accepted.
