USC transcripts and Application Help

Ok so I wasn't planning on applying to USC for fall 2011 because I didn't think I'd get accepted but I got to talking to a counselor from there and they said that I should go ahead and do it to see what happens. Since I got started to late on my application my transcripts are barely being sent and I have no idea if they'll get there by February 1st. On top of that I was so excited to be called in line to give my college my transcript request that I forgot to give them the cover sheet so I have to go back tonight to see if they can add it on...if not I'll have to re-do the process again. So I guess basically my question is: Does anyone know how lenient USC is on getting transcripts. My application is turned in already but I guess technically the transcripts are part of it. Are my chances of getting in pretty much shot if they don't get there in time? Maybe it's a sign I should wait another year haha.

The transcript FORM isn’t required - as long as your official transcript gets there it will be fine (I am assuming you are applying for transfer admission?). Be sure to also send in your high school transcript showing your graduation. If it arrives a bit after the deadline, that will be fine as long as your application has been submitted.

Remember the financial aid deadline is February 2nd for freshmen AND transfers, so be sure your CSS/Profile and FAFSA are submitted by that date.

Good luck!!!
