Has anyone ever had the interview? What is it like? What should I be prepared for?
Should I even have a portfolio ?

Thanks! Greatly appreciated.

Daughter went to an interview in Seattle, unfortunately she spent time preparing and driving an hr. The interview was 15 mins. of questions from a list. She said they were friendly enough but disappointed by the interview. D went into the interview the same time as another student. They both finished at the same time, so 15 mins. maybe common. She also noted that on the sign-in sheet they did not appear to be that busy. Perhaps this is just how traveling interviews are done by USC and those at the school or more indept. Maybe you get points for interest? You may want to ask before you go how much time will you have, and if its around 15 mins then relax.

Here is a thread from last year http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/university-southern-california/609464-question-about-interview.html?highlight=interviews My daughter’s interview was about 20 minutes. She really enjoyed the interview, and feels it had an effect on her being selected to interview for a scholarship later. Good luck!

thank you very much ! (:
