Using AP exam score without course credit in admission application

<p>I read elsewhere on this board where an AP exam score could be used during the admissions process to obtain a year of credit for a course the student did not take. We cannot figure out where to put this on my daughter’s application. She has the required 8 semesters for English, but we would like the additional AP English score to be considered to bring her credits to 10 semester units. </p>

<p>I called the Admissions Office, and was told this cannot be done. Help!</p>

<p>Each college has their on rules about AP scores, most only consider AP scores for credit after acceptance, not all accept AP credit.</p>
