Usual postage for envelope and two-three sheets of paper

is 37 cents okay? envelope is regular size

If you're not sure, take the mailing to the PO and they will weigh it and tell you how much. Also, keep in mind that postage for a regular letter is going up to 42 cents very soon (end of this week, I think).

The general guideline is that one 37-cent stamp will mail a regular envelope and 3 sheets of paper.

I thought it was only going up to 39 cents. On the 8th, I think.

if you're not worried about the financial...'burden?' or are in a rush, then just put on two 32 cent stamps, that way you know it'll get there!

It's going up to 39 cents on the 8th.

nope, gave recommendations to teachers three weeks ago, just wondering

Yea, stamp rates are going up. Buy some 39 cent stamps from the post office, and then send.

yeah, you learn these useless stamp facts after dashing to the post office 6 trillion times to send applications in ;) I stuck two on all mine just in case, but the people at the post office can tell you how many you need.
