@nduclaunc Totally agree. I hope everyone will remember: there is more than one way to get somewhere. It may not look like how you thought it would and that’s ok. Life has a way of working out and sometimes, plan B (my oldest is on plan C) might be the best thing that ever happened to you.

@messiisgod123 I was admitted back in December and I never got an email at all. If you do get an email, like some of my friends have, it will be to tell you to check your applicant portal, it will not tell you of the decision in the email.
Does anyone know if decisions for international applicants will come out today as well?

@cksteven i remember reading a tweet saying that it’d be possible to hear back this early, but most will find out by mid-April at the latest.
Some internationals hav alreaday heard… so all can expect

does anyone know how common it is for auto admits to not get their first choice majors? I applied for mccombs and i’m sooo nervous!
My daughter was accepted on Sunday, 2/5, and she has never received an email. Her portal was just updated with acceptance information. She did receive her banner in the mail on Friday, 2/10. Just didn’t want you all to be waited on email. Portal updated, no email for her. Best of Luck to everyone! I know this is stressful! But whatever your answer, know that there is a plan for each one of you!

Both my UT students found out by checking their portals regularly as neither of them got an email until after they had already found out online about their acceptances.
