GPA unweighted on a 4.0 scale: 3.81
GPA weighted on a 4.0 scale: 4.77
GPA on a 5.0 scale: 5.117/5.0 ( This is the way my school does rankings where a 5.0 is bascially a 100 average for regular which is non honor/ non AP/ non Pre-AP classes. So, a 6.0 is a 100 average for AP, honor, Pre-Ap classes)

Ik my rank is pretty low it’s just because of the compitive high school i go to…how much will this affect my application?

You know the answer already, right? Are you a junior still or senior?

Both majors are among the top 5 most popular that students apply to so the applicant pool will be SUPER intense! Kudos to you for your extensive involvement, especially the First Bytes camp! Getting admitted as a non-automatic into CS or ECE is extremely competitive (low percentages… in the teens or lower). My suggest is to focus your effort on highlighting the life experiences that you shaped you and would add value into those programs. You cannot control the environment you are in and it will not work to your disadvantage that you went to an ECHS. Focus on the things you control  This is a human process!

This is a human process!<<<<<<<<<<

I would doubt that if the minimum academic criteria isn't met, you can bet that is going to be a high bar after AAs are totaled up. The initial sort will not be a human process IMHO.

There are real people reading the apps, and specific to engineering there is a Calculus Readiness Requirement (which can be met by a 620 SAT Math or 26 ACT Math score). If you meet that… you will have a chance.
