UT Austin McCombs or Cornell College of Human Ecology?

I can’t seem to make up my mind.
Money isn’t a factor for me between the two, though I am in-state for UT.

I know McCombs has great potential for connections and is well recognized for Business, but Cornell is…well, it’s Cornell.
My major at Cornell would be Policy Analysis and Management.
I know these are two separate paths, both of which I am equally excited to pursue. I do intend on either going for an MBA or JD after undergrad, is one of these colleges better than the other in successfully pursuing grad school?

Another concern I have is the overall academic and social culture at these schools. I have heard of UT having the same toxicity many high schools have, and that Cornell would be more elitist and snobby. I don’t have a preference for the size of each school, but more of a worry that a bigger school makes it harder to find good friends while a smaller school might be too limiting.
Being in-state, I know quite a lot of people that will be attending UT, McCombs and Cockrell mostly. I can’t quite decide if familiar faces would be an advantage, or if starting completely over at Cornell is a better bet.

Any advice about your personal experiences at these schools and what other things I should consider would be greatly appreciated!!
