UT Austin: Spring Transfer 2019 Thread

@yyss998 what time did you get the email ?

got an email at 7 exact but I checked my status at 8:00pm randomly. Didn’t know I received an email till later.

Just curious, has anyone called and asked what their method is for releasing their decisions? Lol like we’ve discussed theories and all, but has anyone asked?

Sorry I’m late, but what does everyone mean when they mention audits accessed?

I can’t.

Is anybody in CNS still waiting?

i’m still waiting; i applied for CNS. mathematics; option 1: actuarial science.
i’m not actually going to attend UT if i get in because i’d put myself in a ton of debt, so i’ve elected to go to my local university instead (because does it really matter that much?!). but i’m just curious to see if i’d get accepted because i’d looove to go there.

yep still in review. CNS Neuroscience

In review.

In review as well

not to be a dick but why don’t you just pull your application out? It’s kind of selfish to keep it if you don’t plan on going. You could be taking up someone else’s spot who’s actually trying to get in. Best of luck.

because it’s important to me to know if i would get in. is that not allowed?

i dreamed of going to UT when i started my core classes at my community college, and at some point, i realized that i wouldn’t be able to afford it, so i tailored my classes towards my local university’s requirements. it’s still something that makes me sad because my boyfriend and several of my friends attend UT. i just want to know if i would get in if i could afford it.

and who knows? maybe i’ll end up going. i’m allowed to apply to a college without knowing if i’m going to attend, lol.

Lol. Anyways I just tried calling and they ended the call after a 10 min wait. I called again and they said they have been told decisions will be released sometime next week

I think their office organization is a shambles. I’m guessing this illogical wave of notices (Mon & Wed) each week will continue till the office closes up shop for the holidays. *There are many, many people who have incredibly good credentials who haven’t been notified yet.

Yeah it was pretty bad lol

I just called and they said that all decisions, including rejections, should be released by mid-next week

Good news.

Is there any relevance to being amongst the last to be notified? I think there have been 3 waves of notices so far. If anyone has an opinion on this, please enlighten us. I’m curious.

I’m losing hope honestly. So many people have been accepted I think there’s only rejections left.
