I'd like some extra advice before I finalize my decision
I'm in state for UT but cost isn't an issue since both schools will cost the same for me.

UT Austin: Electrical/computer engineering, might change to Biomedical Engineering
Case Western: planning on doing Biomedical Engineering and perhaps pre-med

My considerations
1. Which will give me a higher quality of education/academics and better resources?
I think UT has better engineering/business programs, and more resources, but Case Western is a much smaller school and will offer me more access to opportunities.

Austin isn't that far from home, and many of my friends are also going. Cleveland is going from near the Mexico border to near the Canada border lol. But I really prefer Northern weather where there are 4 seasons xD So location wise, I feel like I'd prefer Cleveland. But I don't want to consider this if UT is better academically.

I appreciate any advice. Thanks :)
