If you’re from in state, you’re automatically accepted if you can maintain your class rank. Texas law requires that the top 7% is automatically in. OOS is a lot more difficult than in state admission, but based on your provided information, (although more info required for a thorough assessment) you have a good chance of getting in to UT. Their nursing school is hard to get into. However, if you don’t get in at first you can be a pre-nursing student and apply during your sophomore year for admission into their nursing school if I’m not mistake
