@Edu_rms No clue. I sure hope so haha. I just wouldn’t read to much into things, especially the to-dos. If you didn’t submit those forms with your initial application, then that is exactly why they’re showing up. Not because you did or did not get accepted.
@lowrancc I just hope they mean something because the due date is after the results. I just have a gut feeling I did not get in and that’s why I am so scared.
@Edu_rms Did you submit the forms? I know someone ITT said they didn’t do the CSS stuff. I can’t remember if it was you
@Edu_rms because if you look at the 2015 transfer thread, the majority who had to-dos got in. Although it’s hard to tell because the people who did not have to-dos never posted any more on the thread after decisions came out (which made me assume they were rejected)
I did have to-dos for another college I applied to (last year) and I got rejected from there lol.
I was the one who forgot to submit the CSS profile. I submitted it just 5 days ago lol. Also maybe I don’t have to-dos because I applied as independent student (no parent taxes)
I submitted everything before the deadline!
@Edu_rms that is odd…Did you get an email from the FA office saying they got your forms? I can’t imagine the to-do’s indicate acceptance/rejection. It’s weird that they’re asking for forms that you already submitted. I would ensure that they received the forms
The only reason they would need to ask for those forms is indicative of an acceptance (not trying to get your hopes up) but to me that makes sense. Why would they ask for extra tax forms from a rejected student?
Does everyone still have the checklist on their myUVA page? MyUVA, application, transcript, testing?
I got my to dos a DAY after my check. If the check means that it’s just being reviewed then. I assume the to dos are not an indication that we got in. Idk it’s confusing
@UVAfan23 Well they arent extra forms. They’re the ones you needed to submit by April 1
I really don’t believe the to-do’s indicate anything except that the person did not submt the proper forms required for financial aid by the April 1 deadline.
Oh okay. Then that might not be indicative of anything. It’s just I saw last years thread with lots of people with to-dos and those that had it got in.
Ya. I don’t think both the check or the to do mean anything but no one knows 100% so let’s just pray they mean something lol. Are you guys 2nd or 3rd years.
Current freshman at JMU applying for 2nd year admission @Edu_rms
I really wish we had interviews !
What do you guys have in your todo list?
I submitted everything that they wanted so no longer have any to do’s. But they were the signed FA form along with other tax forms
Unfortunately I don’t have anything in my todo list. I’m a Freshman at CNU, and I was wondering if you guys would chance me. I received a 3.0 (not amazing), but my essays for the transfer application were amazing, I am in-state, and I gave UVA 3 amazing recommendation letters from UVA professors. Thanks and good luck to everyone!
@edsheerio96 did you apply for finaid/turn in forms in time?
