UVa Undergraduate Required Courses?

I am trying to determine which AP tests I should take at the end of the year so I can try to complete as many required or "core" courses that I am supposed to take at the undergraduate level.

However, I searched online for about 15-20 minutes but I was unable to find anything remotely close to what I was looking for. I want to go pre-med and I was looking to see what were required courses for a biology (or related) major but couldn't find anything.

Can anyone post a link that tells me what are required courses and what AP courses I should specifically take to pass those requirements?

School/College: - College of Arts and Sciences - University of Virginia - acalog ACMS™

Look around on the Undergrad record for the AP info

Can anyone provide me more specific information?

I am really looking for a list of required courses such as ANTH 101, CHEM 141,142 etc that undergraduates must have credit for in order to receive a college degree. Am I focusing on this too much and that chances are that all of my AP credits will end up counting toward my degree due to a large amount of electives needed for a UVa degree?

There is no such information. You just need to full fill all the reqs on that page I supplied. They even have what courses do/don't full fill each section. You're really not going to get much more that that.

All of your AP credit is designed to count for something. I don't think they reject any tests per say, just scores. By Google-ing "UVA AP credit" you get Advanced Placement (AP) Exam Credit — College of Arts & Sciences, U.Va.

Those two sites have all your answers.

To help you out a little, the CLAS has course requirements.
Degree Requirements — College of Arts & Sciences, U.Va.

Social Sciences - 6 credits from two different departments (2 Classes) (AP Govt)
Humanities - 6 credits from two different categories (2) (Not sure)
Historical Studies - one 3 or more credit course (AP Euro, AP US Hist)
Non-western Perspectives - one 3 or more credit course (I don't think there are any AP courses to fufil this)
Natural Science and Mathematics - 12 credits from two different departments (4) (AP Calc, AP Env Sci, AP Physic)
First Writing Requirement - one course (can be fufilled with AP English or good enough score on SAT II)
Second Writing Requrement - one course (nothing can fufil)
Language - 4 semesters (depends on language).. Look it up on the site.

Hope that helped :)
