UW or UCSD

<p>Which one is better UW or UCSD?</p>

<p>I've been accepted to both UW and UCSD. I want to study engineering but I'm not exactly sure what specific type. UCSD's offer is for computer engineering. I live in Oregon so I have to pay out of state tuition for both. UW is $36,000 and UCSD is $44,000. I've visited UW and liked it. Haven't visited UCSD yet. Can anyone who goes to either of these schools give me some advice? Thanks</p>

<p>Also I am on the waitlist for Upenn. How does Upenn engineering compare to UW and UCSD? I know my chances of getting accepted are very slim, but is there anything I can do to improve my chances? Thanks</p>

<p>HI qwerty, I would pick the less expensive of the two and Seattle is a great city. UCSD is located in stuffy and rich La Jolla, so it is not really a college environment per se. At U-dub you would have the best of everything.</p>
