I cannot choose.

I live in Washington
I got $10,000 a year from USC
Seattle > California
USC > UW???

(also considering Pepperdine with $22,000 a year)

even with $10,000 from USC, UW will still be way cheaper since you are from Washington. i think it all depends though on whether you really want to go oos.

Definitely USC. You can’t beat the location, experience, reputation, alumni network, etc. As a Pepperdine student, this is my recommendation. I go to USC on a weekly basis to visit friends/go to parties. Pepperdine is a great school, but if you’re looking for the full package, go to USC. I actually have a friend there who transferred from UW after a year, if that impacts your decision at all :] He says it was too boring.

How far is USC from Pomona?

well, since someone mentioned it, you CAN beat location. it’s called UCLA in los angeles and UW in seattle.

^
hahah

space needle you have the best pro-UW/seattle posts

spaceneedle, that was wicked :D

:D sorry i couldn’t let that location crap fly.

to be honest though, the u district isn’t that great but it’s surely better than the area around USC

Thank you everyone
I was thinking Pepperdine over USC but I really do want the experience, the diversity and a BIG change. I currently go to a tiny private school of 150 high schoolers…

UW or USC? still the big question. sigh.

I like seattle a lot more but USC is a better school.

Also, I’m waitlisted at Claremont McKenna so maybe all of this inner turmoil is for nothing -_-

USC better than UW? In what? Do you know what program you’ll be going into? I wouldn’t make such a broad generalization because in some categories UW is ranked much higher than USC and there is much more to being a “better” school than just blanket rankings for the school as a whole.
