<p>Your chances for the CS program will depend largely on your grades for the prereqs, which you say come out to less than a 3.0. Based on that, I’d say your chances at UW Seattle are slim to none, unfortunately. I knew someone with a much better overall GPA and much better grades in the prereqs (Around a 3.6 for both), and he did not get into UW Seattle CS. In fact I would say your chance of getting into UW Seattle at all is pretty low.</p>
<p>You have more of a shot at UW Bothell, but even then I wouldn’t say your chances are that great. </p>
<p>As for tips: At least at UW Seattle, the CS program don’t seem to care that much about the application essay. It’s all about the grades. If there are any prereqs you haven’t done yet, do them and work extremely hard to get the best of grades.</p>

<p>I don’t think you have a good chance given youre lack of EC’s. That plusthe fact that I don’t know your SAT score I’d say you have no chance.</p>
