UW Seattle Vs BU for CE/CS/EE(in rank high to low)? Which one should I go?

I was admitted pre-engr to UW, and engineering undeclared in BU (put uncleared in application to increase acceptance). I heard CSE in UW is tough to get in, but I also heard CSE 2 is opening in January 2019. Which one should I go? I am an international student if this information helps. I am not very concerned with the tuition, so purely academy and college experience.

The other colleges I am in are:
U of Pittsburgh
Purdue U
Univ of Maryland, College Park
Univ of Florida
UCSD
UC Davis
UC Santa Cruz
UC Riverside
Cal PolySan luis Obispo
CSU, Long Beach
San DiegoState University
Penn State-Univ Park

Please provide Pros and Cons and suggestions. Thank you : )

At which are you directly admitted to the CS major?

For the others, have you checked the criteria to get into the CS major, and are you willing to do a different less competitive major?

I am admitted into EE for all other colleges except UCSD. I got in Math in UCSD.

Btw since you got into math, it is easy to change to math-cs since you are already in the dept.

Yeah, it would be easy, but the curriculum is way different. Plus UCSD adopts a lottery system this year which is not good. So I kind dropped UCSD. How about the other colleges? Are they good for EE/CS/CE?

Look into the change or declaration of major requirements to get into the CS major at all of the schools. You do not want to regret choosing a school and not being able to get into your desired major later. Of course, if you are fine with EE, then you do not have to worry so much about it at those schools where you are in as an EE major (but you need to check at those schools where you are undeclared).

Here is a list for some schools (but verify on school web sites since some may have changed):
